John C. Schumpert, MD, MPH, the Founder and President of REOH, received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Montana, Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, and Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Public Health, where he also completed his residency in Occupational Medicine. Following completion of his residency, he was employed at the corporate headquarters of 3M Company as a staff physician. In that capacity, he provided occupational health and general medical consultative services to several 3M manufacturing and support groups including the Specialty Materials Manufacturing Division, Abrasives Division, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Division, Logistics Division, 3M Pharmaceuticals Group, and 3M Aviation Operations; he became familiar with state of the art manufacturing processes and developed expertise in the occupational health issues related to dermal and pulmonary sensitizers, high-intensity non-ionizing radiation sources, organic and aqueous solvents, inorganic and synthetic fibers, and fluorochemical production. He was awarded the 3M Chairman’s Leadership for his contributions to the Industrial Hygiene Exposure Assessment undertaken at four plants involved in fluorochemical production. Taking advantage of an opportunity to return to Montana, he was employed for a short time by the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory near Idaho Falls, providing direct occupational medicine patient care and medical surveillance services. He was then recruited to the post of Medical Director of Occupational Health at Benefis Healthcare in Great Falls, Montana, providing direct patient care, hospital consultation services, program development, and independent medical evaluations. Dr. Schumpert founded Resources for Environmental and Occupational Health, in 2001. He serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of the University of Montana Center for Environmental Health Sciences and on the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Schumpert is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and a member of the International Commission on Occupational Health and the Society of Occupational Medicine (U.K.); he is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine.

Tiffany Ott, MS IH, received her Master's Degree in Industrial Hygiene and her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Science and Engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. Her graduate program is nationally renowned, and accredited by the Applied Science Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ASAC/ABET). Ms. Ott worked for Montana Tech during the completion of her degrees for the Office of Environmental Health and Safety as an EH&S intern. During her employment at Montana Tech she managed the hazard communication program, lock out tag out program, laboratory inspections, and chemical inventory. She developed safety programs and instructed safety training for the university staff. During her graduate studies, she was a lab instructor and conducted research related to Hanta Virus exposure. Following completion of her research, Ms. Ott began her career as an industrial hygiene consultant. She has over 2500 hours of teaching experience conducting health and safety training across the Northwest. She is certified by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality as an accredited trainer and supervisor for the Methamphetamine Clean-up Program. She is authorized as an OSHA Outreach trainer, and she is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists. Ms. Ott volunteers for Butte's Halloween Haunt, a community based fundraiser benefiting local charities.
