Occupational Exposure Evaluations

Biological, chemical, and physical agents exist in every environment. The recognition and evaluation of exposure to potential health and safety hazards in the workplace is necessary to protect employees in their work environment. Our industrial hygiene department has extensive experience in the area of accurate sample collection, interpretation of data and industry standards, and risk assessment. We help our clients eliminate or reduce potential exposures to protect their workforce.

Indoor Environmental Quality Evaluations

Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) refers to the quality of the air and environment inside offices, buildings, and other work places based on pollutant concentrations and conditions that can affect the health, comfort, and performance of occupants. A thorough evaluation of your facility is conducted to determine if IEQ problems are present. In order to determine IEQ, REOH Industrial Hygiene uses state of the art equipment to evaluate various indoor contaminants.

Health and Safety Plan Development

Companies are required by OSHA regulations to have written health and safety plans. These plans provide a foundation for a safe and healthy work environment. Montana Board of Realty Continuing Education Courses

All individuals licensed by the Montana Board of Realty Regulation are required to complete 12 credits of continuing education annually. REOH Industrial Hygiene conducts training in environmental issues including mold, asbestos, lead, and methamphetamine. These courses will provide continuing education credit to licensees and provide an understanding of how these contaminants can impact real estate.

Montana DEQ Methamphetamine Clean-up Program

REOH is an approved Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Methamphetamine Cleanup training provider. Training is required by the Montana DEQ Methamphetamine Cleanup Program (MCP) to conduct methamphetamine lab assessment and/or remediation activities on properties reported to the DEQ in accordance with the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) 17.74.507. Montana MCP has established decontamination standards and procedures for the cleanup of properties contaminated by the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine.

Methamphetamine is known to cause contamination during use or manufacturing. REOH Industrial Hygiene can sample for the presence of methamphetamine residue in both regulated and non-regulated properties.
