Independent Medical Evaluations
Expert, unbiased medical examinations are crucial when employers, insurers or legal counsel need to know the status of an individual's health. Our exams are comprehensive and yet cost-effective.

Scheduling an Independent Medical Evaluation
1. Schedule an IME by calling REOH at 406-549-6520.
2. We request that all pertinent records be submitted one calendar week prior to the appointment.
3. IME's require at least a one hour patient visit, along with an additional 1-6 hours of physician time for record review, work site visits if needed, literature searches and report generation.
4. Special arrangements can be made for "rush" exams, if needed.

Following up an Independent Medical Evaluation
• We make every attempt to complete IME reports no more than one week following the examination. Same day service is available on request.
• If requested, the report is faxed to the requesting party immediately upon completion and internal review.
• The signed original report is mailed to the requesting party along with the invoice.
